(The boring stuff)

Books purchased from us are covered by a return to base guarentee, meaning that if the item is found to be damaged in the post or badly described ( or different from picture shown) then you can send it back to us (second class post) for a full refund, we will not refund items just because you change your minds as we are not a charity. This refund period is only valid for up to TEN DAYS after item has been purchased.

Videos will not be refunded for cash and only store credit will be given for them if returned. This is because all movies are checked upon leaving our office to make sure they are working properly, this rule has been implimented to stop people simply watching them then returning them for a refund which unfortunatly happens on a larger scale than you might think.

We will not refund for items that good old Royal Mail lose as we will have proof of postage for all items sent, we will however, on the very rare occasion that an item goes missing in the post, call royal mail on your behalf and even give you the number so you can get a Royal Mail claims form sent out.
